Activity I
Have students pick any state in the US and list 2 natural
resources they make money from. For that state find a resource
that is no longer used or grown for money and explain its
decline.

II
A worksheet has been
included that can either be used as a Quiz or a homework assignment.
Questions will come from the Pre-Site activities and On-Site
program. An answer key
is included.
Activity
III
Eat a bowl of rice at home and remember the labor that went
into growing and harvesting rice. Also remember what happened
when rice was no longer grown.
